    good article for every one. i have a quistion.i never eat cold drinks,fast foods, suger. and salt with only in foods i use. taking rice just 1 small cups a day. all vegs. water 2lt. can i grow wait with this things? i am 70 kg. and do gym 2 to 3 days. is it a good lifestyle for me? i want to lose wait more. is it ok for me? i am 28+. i will do what u say in article. but i want to know is it a healthy lifestyle for me which i spending.

    m not a doctor at all but i think your life style is fine u will not gain weight but if y want to shed some pounds then escape rice in your meals and sugar from your routine do the gym 5 days a week full your stomach with vegetables and fruit for three days then diet normally for 3 days then again come on veg+fruit diet untill you achieve your goal weight …ok tc

    Also always use a size meal plate can it still look small on a big dinner plate. Most of us eat too much simply because we use large dinner plates and so we feel we have to fill them up.
