Foot pain. It’s an issue that plagues all of us sooner or later. It could be caused by hours on your feet at work, an extensive hike the day before, or a nasty fungal infection. Either way, it can be nasty and irritable.

1. Give your feet a hydromassage
A hydromassage isn’t nearly as technologically complex as the name would have you believe. In fact, all it takes is a couple of large bowls and a supply of hot water.
The bowls need to be large enough for you to fit your feet in comfortable — you don’t want to be causing additional pain by cramping them into a tight space. Fill the first with cold water and the second with hot. Ensure it isn’t scaldingly hot, but have it just about as hot as you can bear to put your feet in.
Now for the easy bit. Place your aching feet into the cold water for 5 minutes, then plunge them into the hot water for 5 minutes. Then back to the cold and repeat!
